The National Eligibility cum Entrance test (NEET) is a national-level undergraduate medical exam. This exam is conducted by the National test agency (NTA) on a yearly basis. The exam is conducted for admitting eligible students in 645 medical, 914 AYUSH, 318 dental, and 47 BVSc and AH colleges in India.

NEET UG 2023 Official Notification
NTA issued the NEET UG 2023 application on March 6. The NEET form 2023 must be filled out and submitted by April 6 at the latest eligible candidates. The medical entrance examination is scheduled to take place in around two months i.e. May 7. NEET UG Exam Pattern 2023
- The exam will have an objective type question format. The answers will be required to be filled on the OMR sheet.
- The paper will comprise questions from Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, and Botany.
- Each of the three subjects will have two sections. Section A will comprise of 35 questions and Section B will comprise of 15 questions.
- The candidates will have to answer 10 questions out of 15 questions from Section B.
- Each accurate response will receive 4 marks.
- One mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.
- Unanswered questions will not be given or awarded any points.

Educational Requirement:
Applicants must have earned a 10+2 diploma from an accredited board in the main disciplines of English, Biology/Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Candidates from General category will be required to score minimum 50% marks, whereas candidates from reserved categories of SC/ST and OBC will be required to score minimum 40%, and PWD candidates will have to score minimum 45% qualifying marks.
NEET UG 2023 Documents Required
Candidates must upload the necessary documents when completing the NEET UG 2023 application form, including a passport-size photo, left and right thumb and finger impressions, a signature, a postcard-size photo, and other needed items.
